Wilde Aroma Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wilde Aroma. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The items are unused and in their original packaging.

  • The items are in saleable condition (no signs of use, damage, or wear).

Please note that sale items and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured service as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once received.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser to give later, we’ll send the refund to the original buyer.

Our Commitment

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
